You may ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or is used for abuse; where we do, we will, where practical, let you know why.

Membership is an optional, one-time payment (minimum £9.99 GBP; you may choose to pay more) that unlocks the members-only features described on our membership page. It is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge and nothing auto-renews.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP); if your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and any associated fees, which are your responsibility. Membership grants access to the current membership features through the access date stated at checkout; we may add or change which features are included over time, and we don't promise that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you change your mind within 14 days of your membership payment, contact us at support@toffeelinks.app and we will refund you in full. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, and your membership access ends when the refund is processed.

This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, which are not affected by these Terms. For example, consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days; because membership unlocks features immediately, our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you an equivalent or better outcome in any case.

The free parts of Toffee Links are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights — including your right to a refund, to repeat performance, or to a price reduction if the membership service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or the paid features are faulty. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you for the paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Oregon will have jurisdiction over any dispute — except as set out below.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or another region with mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing in these Terms removes the protections those laws give you, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country and to rely on the mandatory rules of your local law.

Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at support@toffeelinks.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally first. If you have a complaint about your membership or a payment, email us at the same address; we aim to acknowledge complaints within a few business days and to resolve them fairly. Consumers in the UK, EU, or elsewhere may also be entitled to use a national consumer-protection body or alternative dispute-resolution scheme available in their country.
